HAS BRIDE It draws inspiration from the geometric motifs of Sardinian carpets, not intended as a "classic" carpet to be spread on the floor, but as an artifact created on the loom to cover the chest. In the past, when a girl got married, it was good practice for the family to prepare her trousseau, which was crammed into a chest, worked and inlaid. In turn, the chest was covered by the "coperibanga" or "copericascia" (the chest cover, or chest cover). Later the same process will be transferred to other products: tapestries, carpets, blankets, cushions, saddlebags, curtains.
